my favourite homemade bread

- bread flour:250g
- whole grain flour:50g
- salt:6g
- yeast:1g
- room temp water:210g
- cranberries:depends
- walnuts:depends

- Put the dough in a preheated STAUB pot at 280°C for 10 minutes.
- Take out the lid and bake 10 minutes at 250°C.
- Take it out of the pot and bake for another 10 minutes
- Cool down and enjoy!
